So this is going to be the saga of our knock down old home build new home project. My husband wanted to build a case study home, but he has me, and a dog, and a 2 year old and another girl on the way. And quite frankly he is outnumbered.
So mountain style it is...
I know you want pictures of the finished inside, but you get more demo pictures instead. It is funny how long it takes to build something and how quickly it comes down.
The guy that used to own the house that remodeled it sometime in the 80s came by the day we were going to start the demo. Told me about how they tracked down the original architect's plans so they could tie in the new section, how he raised 2 kids there...
